VMM Measuring Microscopes
The VMM series of measuring microscopes offers a durable compact design, brilliant telecentric optics, and an optimized illumination system.
Included is a binocular tube, stable cast aluminum stand, telecentric optical system and easily exchangeable objectives or a turret.
The measuring stage offers quick and fine manual adjustment or optional motorized axes.
Some models also offer optional Differential Interference Contrast (DIC), stepless coaxial incident and transmitted light with glass fiber and cold light source, and a high-res digital video camera. The measuring stage can be hand-driven or motorized with crosshair and concentric circles.

VMM models are modular and be easily customized with a variety of optional stage, video and lens options to fit your application and budget.
- Motion for this series varies by model but ranges up to 250 mm in the x-axis, 150 mm in the y-axis, and 150 in the z-axis
- Changeable micro-objectives allow for up to 1000x magnification
- Resolution down to 0.5 µm
