Telecentric Lenses

Telecentric lenses for measurement, quality control inspection, and for microscopy are offered in many unique models. Some varieties have integrated lighting, variable apertures and are vibration resistant. The new Vicotar BLUE Vision telecentric lenses allow the highest resolution to be achieved within the visible spectral range.
These lenses work hand-in-hand with our vision systems lighting, wide-field lenses, and our multi-camera vision systems.
High quality lenses are used in a wide variety of research and industry applications which includes: Quality control inspection of connectors and PC boards, semiconductor chip packaging, glass inspection of panels/plates/bottles, and precision metrology.
Telecentric lenses are available based these criteria and ranges: Sensor sizes (from .25 to 1 inch), sensor types (4/3, DX or 35 mm), working distances (from 50 to > 200 mm), aperture (fixed, or variable), and camera distance (< 140 to > 550 mm).

This small telecentric lens offers:

- Spectral range: 450 nm – 950 nm
- Working distance: 100.0 mm
- Object field diagonal (max): 18 mm
- Aperture is variable (F6 – F22)
This telecentric lens example is a measurement objective color corrected for the visible spectral range and near infrared. It offers color correction extended deep into the blue spectral range and is well suited for use with blue LED lighting. It has a robust industrial design.

As one of the very largest telecentric lens in the industry, it has a robust industrial design. It has an adjustable aperture with markings of the aperture settings and is arrestable. It is color corrected for the visable spectral range and near infrared. It has a high resolution and very low distortion.
