Multi-Camera Vision Systems
Vicosys® multi-camera vision systems offer robust flexible image processing for your application. The systems use the functionally stable Linux operating system and industrial communication interfaces – EtherCat, PROFINET, and I/O. Powerful image processing functionality, including deep learning and artificial intelligence (AI), support sophisticated applications.
These machine vision systems work hand-in-hand with our vision systems lighting, telecentric lenses, and our wide-field lenses. Custom OEM projects are welcome.
THERMAL IMAGING – These imaging systems are ideal for optical measurement and inspection tasks as well as for thermography. A Smart AI vision system with thermal imaging can validate hermetic heat-sealing during quality control inspection.
APPLICATIONS – Often in the precision electronics industry, semiconductor manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, and the glass making industry.

If you only require a single camera for your application, then a single “smart-camera” connected to a PC might be your best option. But what if you need multiple cameras, more flexibility, and unique functionality?
2+ Camera Solutions
A Vicosys® vision system allows you to connect multiple less-expensive “non-smart cameras” and connect them to a “smart” controller giving you the ability to watch multiple processes, with unique fucntionality – all at a great value.
There are 3 unique models available for your specific needs. All systems offer configurable interface software “webHMI”. Cameras from different manufacturers can be combined – area scan and line scan cameras, polar, SWIR and thermal imaging cameras are all acceptable. The system uses PC-based robust hardware for top-hat rail or wall mounting as well as 19″ rack-mounting.

Vicosys 19001 Multi-Camera Vision System
The basic system offers:
- High speed multi-camera system for 19″ Racks.
- Processor: Intel Core i7-10700E, 16 MB Cache, up to 4.50 GHz.
- Main memory: 16 GB, DDR4, 3200MHz.
- Compact Flash: 250 GB (of which approx. 3 GB are reserved).
- Supported camera series: Allied Vision: Alvium, Mako, Manta, Manta PoE, Prosilica. Flir: Blackfly S, Axx. Basler. Cognex. IDS: SE-, FA-, CP- und WARP-Series.
A complete Vicosys 19001 system consists of the basic controller and optional components as well as optional software. The system can be assembled and configured to your specifications.
