Short Stroke Axis
Air-Bearing Stage
This small Short Stroke Axis stage uses air-bearings for friction-free movement and a voice-coil as the drive technology. This system is designed for highly dynamic, highly accurate positioning. Carbon Fiber Axis
Air-Bearing Stage
This Carbon Fiber Axis stage uses air-bearings for friction free movement and an ironless linear motor as the drive technology. This lightweight (11 kg) system has a max stroke of 1,000 mm, a repeatability of <5 µm, and straightness of ±0.1 µm per 500 mm. High-Precision Axis
with 2 m Stroke
This linear high-precision stage has a stroke of up to 2 meters. The stage has a granite beam, and is capable of carrying up to 10 kg, with a repeatability of ±20 µm – ideal for wafer inspection, scanning and measurement. The drive is an ironless linear motor. Cross-Table with
Spindle Drive
For handling and positioning this cross-table offers a spindle/screw drive powered by multi-pole servo motors. The rails are composed of solid aluminum which gives the system a very stiff design. 10-Axis System with
Carbon Fiber Axes
Originally designed for up to 3-shift operation of gluing, dosing and cutting, this 10-axis stage is capable of many other operations. The system offers a linear magnetic measuring systems and quick-change chains and cables. Maximum load is 4x 15 kg, and positioning resolution is 1 µm. Ultra Precision
System
This 5-axis system is driven by air-cushioned linear motors built on a granite stage. This is a ready-to-connect system that offers positioning resolution of 1 nm, and repeatability of 50 nm. ECOSTUDIO engineering software allows quick and easy commission and to set parameters for servo drives. Automatic updates offer the latest software expanded functionality. JAT has very high standards for product dynamics, acceleration and repetition accuracy. With a heavy focus on research, new alternative materials are always under consideration. Thermal, structural, stiffness and durability software simulations are all conducted before a new prototype product is constructed. JAT has developed their own test equipment for electronic components in-house. This includes technologies to automate the test devices and the creation of test programs.
