Short Stroke Axis
Air-Bearing Stage
This small Short Stroke Axis stage uses air-bearings for friction-free movement and a voice-coil as the drive technology. This system is designed for highly dynamic, highly accurate positioning. Carbon Fiber Axis
Air-Bearing Stage
This Carbon Fiber Axis stage uses air-bearings for friction free movement and an ironless linear motor as the drive technology. This lightweight (11 kg) system has a max stroke of 1,000 mm, a repeatability of <5 µm, and straightness of ±0.1 µm per 500 mm.
