Vision Systems Lighting
There are 7 unique series of Vision Systems lighting available. The application usually defines which series and model is best to optimize the desired outcome. LED lighting offers superior control and variability along with long lifetimes and significant cost savings.
These lighting components work hand-in-hand with our telecentric lenses, wide-field lenses, and our multi-camera vision systems.
Custom OEM projects are welcome.
High quality light is used in a wide variety of research and industry applications which includes: Quality control inspection of connectors and PC boards, semiconductor chip packaging, glass inspection of panels/plates/bottles, and precision metrology.
Lighting Models Available:
Telecentric Lights
These lights range in diameter from 10 to 130 mm. Light colors include blue, infrared, white, red and green. These can be integrated into telecentric lenses, or they can be used independently.
Ring Lights
These lights are available with diameter sizes of 23 mm to 132 mm. Light colors include: blue, infrared, white, red and green. The light controller can be integrated or separated.
Dome Lights
Models for these lights include 60 mm or 84 mm luminous field diameters, and light colors of blue, infrared, white, red or green. The light controller can be integrated or separated.
Area & Bar Lights
These lights are offered with directed or diffused light, and some include Vicolux smart light technology for use with smart light controllers which can be wall or rail mounted.
Spotlights
Models are available with narrow or flood light angles, and with LED light colors of blue, ultraviolet, infrared, NIR, SWIR, white, red and green. Light controllers are offered as integrated or separate components.
Coaxial Lights
Two models are available. The 30 x 30 mm model weighs 100 grams and is optimized for 450 – 700 nm. The larger 60 x 60 mm model weighs 290 grams and is also optimized for 450 – 700 nm.
Dark Field Lights
These lights are available in three different inner diameters sizes – 30 mm, 60 mm and 128 mm. The light controller is integrated. The colors available include are blue, infrared, white and red.
