Nano

The LED Nano is a powerful VIS LED light source that can be used as a plug ‘n play replacement for halogen light sources directly connected to a microscope. This microscopy light source offers maximum optical performance for a wide range of illumination applications. Customized adapters enable connection to all common microscopes and optical superstructures. Illumination is homogeneous using white LED with 6500 k. Operation is via a PC app or control panel. Deep UV Illumination System

The Deep UV lighting system is Hg-Xe mixed-gas discharge lighting consisting of a lamp house with integrated ignition and ballast.  It delivers extremely stable UV radiation due to the low thermal drift and very stable DC power supply from the ballast.  The system is suitable for wafer inspection and optical review illumination and analysis of photomasks.  See the datasheet for more details.
