Besides fine positioning, they are often utilized in machining operations such as milling, drilling, and grinding. These rotary stages deliver backlash free, sub-micron positioning and 6.6 Nm to 127 Nm torque in compact 120 mm to 240 mm footprints. There are hollow-center variants and modular encoders for effortless integration into multi-axis assemblies. Custom stages can be created to adapt to your modular platform to meet your torque, speed and accuracy targets. These stages use ECOVARIO or ECOMODUL amplifiers that are CANopen and EtherCAT compatible.
